We have a variety of community groups and classes for you to take part in. Please contact the church office for more information on any of these groups.
Community Groups
We are a big family. We love to meet as a Church to worship, eat and learn together; but sometimes it can be difficult to connect in such a large group. We encourage everyone who calls FBC their church home to join a Community Group.
A Community Group is a group of 8-20 people who study the Word together, eat together and hopefully, share life together. There are many groups to choose from and more beginning all the time. There is a group for everyone, including families with children, singles, couples and more. The office can help you find the right fit. Men’s Ministry
There are several opportunities for men to meet together for study, accountability and friendship.
Check out Men's Breakfast on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The locations may vary, but the office can get you the details for the week. Men's Breakfast is a casual meet up where you can share your life, hear the testimonies of other men, build friendships and find much need support.
If you're looking for a Bible Study, check out a weekly Community Group, or join our Men's Bible Study meeting weekly in the church on Wednesday. During this study you'll learn from God's Word through a structured program. Participate in discussion, Bible reading and possibly a video. Men's group starts at 7:00 pm in the library and you are welcome!
Women’s Ministry
Are you a mom? Are you looking for a study that you can bring your kids to? Mom's Morning out meets Tuesdays at 10:00 AM, and your kids are welcome! Come learn more about God with other ladies who understand your busy life and can relate to your struggles and triumphs.
On Wednesday morning at 10:30, join our multigenerational Ladies Bible study in the library. You'll find all ages and stages of life at this study where you will study God's Word in depth while learning from the wisdom and experience of others.
If mornings don't work for you, check out our Women's Evening Study happening each Tuesday at 7:00 PM in the upper foyer. Married, single, working, SAHM and everything in between, all women are welcome to join this friendly group.

If you are a senior who would like to enjoy a meal with friends, come to FBC at 11:30 on the dates above. Don't worry if you have mobility concerns, we have an elevator available. We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions with advanced notice. This is a free meal, but we welcome donations.
If you are community member who would like to make a donation to Seasons of Life to support seniors in our community, please call 780-624-2611 to make arrangements. You can give financially or donate a needed food item. Every gift is used with care and greatly appreciated.
